Guided tour of the "Monument" exhibition
The erotic chapter in Drago Tršar’s opus expresses uncompromising, direct and energetic artistic contents, with an emphasis on intimate moments fanned into powerful erotically dramatic sculptures, where there is a great narrative, related to the concrete nature of physical contact or even sexual contact, that is, the immediacy of what the artist thought and felt at a given moment.

There is a kind of constant inner, but also an external struggle, between existence and essence, reverberating and embedded in the artwork that we see today as the stations of life, where the sculptor stopped, creatively reacted, and travelled further.
