Guided tour of the "U la la!" exhibition
Such art, unencumbered from all modern trends, is created by the self-made artist Samo. He sincerely and unreservedly creates a distinguishable artistic language, which through many works of art speaks to people with its simple, real and directly drawn art story.
The exhibition is the most comprehensive presentation of the painter's works so far. The artist exhibits all the essential elements of his creative poetics, which could be defined solemnly-humorously as orthodox infantilism, imbecile expressionism and abstract hedonism. His works of art are distinctly based on linear strokes or lines, the unusualness of form and colour as a connective matter.
During the exhibition, Samo will alter the layouts in some rooms, draw on the walls and try to surprise visitors in some other way. He will try to keep the exhibition as a living and changing organism until the end.
