We invite you to an open workshop within the European project ISTER on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 9 a.m.

We are aware of the importance of Roman heritage. By promoting local cultural heritage, we want to give the Danube regions the opportunity for sustainable growth, both in cultural, tourist and environmental terms.

In the first part of the workshop, we will present the ISTER project, archaeological traces from Roman times in Ljubljana and demographic, economic and tourist analysis of the Ljubljana area. In the second part, we will present concrete examples of the synergy of tourism and Roman cultural heritage and the many possibilities for the development of such products. The workshop will conclude with a discussion of possible new, smaller projects with similar content.

The free event is open to the public and will be conducted in English.
Mandatory applications are collected at prijava@mgml.si.
