Visits of the original Plečnik’s home are only possible with a guided tour that begins every full hour. In case the visitors on the guided tours come from different countries, each tour is conducted in two languages – Slovenian and English.

Hiša Plečnik House X Ana Sluga: Ginkgo biloba – prišlek

Z razstavo 'Ginkgo biloba – prišlek' v Plečnikovi hiši nadaljujemo niz projektov, v katerih k dialogu s Plečnikovo dediščino vabimo sodobne umetnike. Ti s svojimi avtorskimi pogledi vstopajo v prostore arhitektovega doma ter jih berejo na novo – skozi vprašanja in poglede našega časa.

Razstava slovenske vizualne umetnice Ane Sluga, ki deluje na področjih slikarstva, fotografije in videa, v Plečnikovi hiši povezuje preteklost, sedanjost in različne prihodnosti človeštva. Večmedijska postavitev, navdihnjena s Plečnikovim vrtom, se prilagaja prostorom hiše, ki še danes nosijo sled arhitektovega ustvarjalnega duha. Skozi slike, fotografije in video umetnica razmišlja o našem odnosu do narave ter možnostih bolj usklajenega sobivanja z njo.
