Extended Application Deadline for the “Triangular Head, Square Body” Competition
The City Art Gallery Ljubljana is open again and we have also extended the deadline for the “Triangular Head, Square Body” creative competition, which is accompanying Dragica Čadež’s exhibition. We took a walk through the wooden forest of the artist’s sculptures and, among the exhibits, sought inspiration for creating our own artworks and prepared a video workshop for children and young people.
So far, we have received more than 70 photos of abstract figures, which children and young people made by inventively using everything from kitchen utensils and stationary to waste material and toys. Art teachers also decided to use our creative workshop in their classes. So far, we have received photos from the Veliki Gaber Primary School, the Josip Jurčič High School in Ivančna Gorica and the Jože Plečnik High School in Ljubljana.

We will publish the photos on our social media and, at the end of the competition, give out awards for the most inventive abstract figures.
