Dr Marina Gržinić in dialogue with Bojan Radovič
On Tuesday, 22 November, at 6 p.m. we invite you to a talk about the exhibition Replica with the author, photographer, artist and producer Bojan Radovič, moderated by the philosopher, artist and curator Dr Marina Gržinić. Join us on a journey through the exhibition, the photographic cycles and the narratives with one of the most interesting photographers in Slovenia!
Dr Gržinić has been following Radović's photographic career for a long time. She has also contributed introductory text to the extensive monograph Replica, which accompanies the current exhibition at the Jakopič Gallery. In it, Dr Gržinić writes that Bojan Radovič is one of the central figures of modern Slovenian photography and its contemporary paths. She pointed out that Radovič's has been working on the practice of photography for decades, exploring its esthetic and conceptual dimensions and its impossibilities, and has also supported numerous photographers from different generations.
