As part of the exhibition Susan Meiselas: Mediations, we invite you to a free screening of the film Pictures from a Revolution (1991) on Saturday and Sunday, 30 September and 1 October 2023, at 3 p.m. In the film the photographer presents Nicaragua, marked by the Sandinista revolution, through the stories of the people she immortalised during her visits to the country. The 92-minute film is signed by Susan Meiselas, Alfred Guzzetti and Richard P. Rogers.

She has traveled across the globe and addressed a wide range of topics, from the sex industry to war to human rights violations. You are warmly invited to the opening of her exhibition Mediations, that will be introduced by a conversation with the photographer Susan Meiselas at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 June 2023 in the Jakopič Gallery.
