During the preparation of a retrospective exhibition by Slovenian photographer Tihomir Pinter, exclusively devoted to analogue black-and-white photography, we are going to discover the world of old photographic techniques and revive our awareness of photography being initially a physical and chemical process. We are going to uncover the backstage of an exhibition production and present the dialogue between the curator and the photographer to prepare the final presentation of photos on the gallery wall. Through the workshop you will be led by Marija Skočir, photography curator; Matevž Paternoster, photographer; Saša Kralj, photojournalist and lecturer; Metod Blejec, photographer and artist. On Saturday, photographer Tihomir Pinter will join us.

The group comprises participants who are attending the entire programme. Each workshop allows for additional participants to attend. In case of international participants, the programme will be held in English.

Attendance fee for a two-day workshop: 95 €
Secure your place at the workshop, for additional information and to apply please contact us at prijava@mgml.si.
