DK: Scotoma
The DK: Scotoma exhibition is accompanied by a publication containing over 100 photographs and two texts written by the curator of the exhibition Dr Marija Skočir and the philosopher Dr Marina Gržinić.
The high-quality photo book DK: Scotoma (176 pages, printed on GardaPat paper, hardback) includes over 100 photographs by DK from his opus Scotoma and texts written by the curator of the exhibition and head of the Jakopič Gallery Dr Marija Skočir and by the philosopher Dr Marina Gržinić, that noted:
"To visualise what is not visible is DK's intention, with the photographic process appearing as reality in its own right, and with images that are constructed primarily as mental objects. Even more to the point, DK's photographs are not here to just tell the story, but to capture the material sensory language of photographs."
